Care Compliance & Leadership Solutions is led by two highly experienced health and social care professionals with extensive expertise in leadership, governance, quality assurance and workforce development.
Between us, we bring over 50 years of combined experience across the adult and children’s care sectors, working within both national and local provider organisations. Our backgrounds include senior operational leadership, regulatory compliance, service development and workforce training.
